1. Choose your size or color and add to cart.
2. After checkout, reply to your confirmation email with your photo and the names or dates you want.
3. Within 24 to 48 hours we email you a preview of the design.
4. Approve it (or ask for changes, as many as you need) and we send it to print.

Each item is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days after you approve your preview, then 3 to 6 business days of shipping within the US. Plan on 5 to 10 business days in total. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Because every piece is custom-made for you, we can't take returns for change of mind. But if your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect or doesn't match the preview you approved, we reprint and reship it free of charge. Just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

The best results come from a sharp, well-lit photo with the face fully visible and close to the camera. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and photos taken from far away. Not sure? Send us the photo before ordering and we'll tell you.
