Production time

Every OLYX item is printed on demand, just for you. Production takes 2 to 5 business days after your order (and after you approve your preview, for photo-based products). Orders are not stocked, so this production time applies to every order.

Shipping time and cost

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days after production. Shipping is free on orders over $50; below that, the rate is shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your item ships.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately, so they can arrive on different days.

Address errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
