1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to contact us for a return or refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned: final-sale items, and opened hygiene products (for health and safety reasons).

4. Refund Process

2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Defective Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
